Bavaria 33 'Astral'

New for 2007- ’Astral’, our Bavaria 33 has spacious accommodation in a two cabin layout.  She is equipped with all the modern conveniences including central heating, hot water, shower, CD player, a large refrigerated food locker and much more.

She will accommodate six, both below, and in her spacious cockpit, yet is easily handled by short handed crews as all controls, including single line slab reefing and roller furling genoa, are led back to the cockpit, making her easily sailed by a couple.

A comprehensive array of navigation equipment has been fitted throughout, including colour chart plotter with radar, VHF radio with Navtex and GDMSS, wind instruments and depth sounder. The vessel is also equipped with a full range of traditional navigation equipment and paper charts. To make anchoring easier, an electric anchor windlass has also been fitted.

‘Astral’ is category 2 coded for a total crew of six and exceeds the requirements for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency regulations and is equipped with, as a minimum, the following inventory.
